Dear STA Members,
We believe that our members and the students they serve have a right to the safest schools possible. We also believe that the timely and accurate reporting of safety issues is critical to protecting that right. This online reporting system will help you let us know about any concerns you may have in your building.
A few things to remember:
• Make sure all safety problems and/or violent incidents are reported to your administration as well as your STA Building Representative(s). • Keep copies of all documentation including SCSD discipline referrals. • Always follow up with administration if you haven’t heard from them within 24 hours. • Use this form for serious concerns only.
If you believe the situation you are reporting is an emergency, please call the STA office (435-4526) for immediate assistance.
