How can I set my portal in a particular language?
Go to:
- Login » Surveys » Panels » (Select Panel) » Settings » Panel Settings
Select language from the drop down menu and click on the Save Changes button.

I would like to have multiple languages part of the same panel? Can I do that?
No. Please create separate panels for each language.
