Embedding images from your own website.
You can embed HTML within the survey/campaign headers and footers. If you already have an image (from your website) and would like to embed in the survey -- find the HTML required to embed the images, cut and paste the HTML code into the header (or footer) of the survey. For example:

Uploading Images
Please make sure the file name does not have spaces. If it does, please rename the file and use hyphens/underscores instead of spaces and then upload the file.
If you would like to add images or your logo to your survey, click on the Images/Multimedia link on the Edit Survey page.

Once you upload an image you will also see the HTML code required to embed the image in your survey. This HTML code can be added to any question type or to the header or footer of the survey. For example, the following HTML can be added to a question to display that image in the survey:

The first image you upload, automatically becomes the banner for your survey. The banner is automatically displayed on every page of your survey. If you do not want this image to appear on your survey by default, please click the
remove banner link.
How do I delete a logo?

You can delete the logo by clicking on the Delete link provided against every file.
What should be the maximum width for the Images?
The Default Width of the Survey is 750 pixels. Please use an images with pixel width less than 750. There is no limit on the Height of the Image.
Can I ask users to see different images and Rate them?
Yes. Upload all the images. Every image that you will have an associated HTML Code -- Copy this and paste it anywhere within your survey (Questions, Answers etc.)
Can I upload other multimedia items like Movie Clips/MP3 Audio Files etc?
Yes! You can upload virtually any type of file on the Survey. - You'll have to insert the correct <object> tag however instead of the <img> tag.
I am in one of the Free Licenses - Why can't I use this feature?
We've had a lot of users abusing this feature by uploading and hosting images from our servers. So we've disabled this for all the free licenses. If you need to upload images, logos and multimedia content, please uprade to one of our paid licenses.
What about the Intellectual Property rights of the images/multimedia I upload?
You own them and you are responsible for them. We cannot and do not monitor the content of the images you upload. If your images infringe on someone's trademark, copyright, patent or trade secret - it is your responsibilty and your liability.
