What is a Global Multi-User Account?

For Companies which require multiple users to administer surveys for the company / departments we provide Global Multi-User Accounts.

  • Sub-account: Sub-accounts have full access to all features and tools. Users within an organization can share and work on surveys in collabration.
  • Dashboard: Dashboard accounts are secure read-only access accounts. Users can only view and download reports for shared surveys.

How does pricing work?

The fee for Sub-Account is $99/User/Month OR $999/User/Year

The fee for Dashboard account is $99/User/Month OR $999/User/Year

If the Main license account is on monthly billing then the accounts are also charged monthly. If the Main account is on annual billing then the accounts will be charged a prorated fee for annual license.

What are the benefits of having a Multi-User Account?

All tools/features that are available with the Corporate accounts are also available with the Sub-Account(s). Surveys / Reports can be shared in between the Main Administrator Account and the Sub-Accounts. Sub-Account holders can create/run Surveys independently from their accounts.

What about security?

For every survey (and survey result), you can control if it is "Shared" or not. By default none of your surveys are shared. If you want others in your company to use your surveys (or see the results of your survey) then you'll have to turn on sharing of your surveys and results.
