If you decide that you are not satisfied with our services after upgrading your account to any of our paid licenses, we will refund the full amount. This offer is valid for 30 days from the date that you initially upgrade your account.
As outlined in III (2) in the Terms of Service :
After upgrading to a paid account, there is a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee is valid starting the day that you INITIALLY upgrade your account. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may submit a request to have your payment refunded within 30 days.
