There are a variety of options for inviting respondents to take your survey. Each survey has a unique link identifying it's location at SurveyConsole. This link can be added to an email, placed on a website, posted on social networking sites, printed on postcard invitations, etc. A combination of any of the above methods may also be used to invite survey participants. All of the data is still collected under one single survey.

Some ways to invite respondents are as follows:

1. Survey Link: Each survey has a unique URL (link) which you can post on multiple websites / pages. Link to the survey from your web site / page / blog. By clicking the link, the respondent is presented with a survey that is hosted by our system, yet it contains your company logo and appears as if it were another one of your web pages.


2. Email: Sending out survey via email using SurveyConsole email management system or download Email Batches for distribution using external Email Clients. Refer to links below for more information on Email / Export Batch feature. SurveyConsole Email Management System: Create an email invitation with a link in the body of the email inviting the respondent to take the survey by clicking the link. Tracking of the respondents is possible by selecting the "Track Respondents" option in the email invitation.


3. Website Intercept:
   a) Popup - page overlay: Allows you to post a link or feedback tab on your website. Users can take the survey without leaving the website/page.
   b) Popup - new window: Simple popups that open in a new browser popup.
   c) Embed in webpage: Survey is seamlessly integrated into your website.
   d) Exit Survey: Survey opens in a browser popup when users exit your website.
   
   
4. Social Media: QuestionPro provides simple one click solution to post your survey on any of the social media / social networking websites such as facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
   a) Post Link to Facebook: facebook.com is a great way to meet friends and keep up on what they are doing. Publish the survey URL on facebook using this option which will distribute the survey to all your friends.
   b) Post Link to Twitter: Twitter offers businesses an easy way to reach an engaged audience, it's the popular service with social networking, instant messaging and micro-blogging features. Post the survey link on the twitter ie tweet the survey link and invite twitter followers to take the survey.
   c) Post Link to LinkedIn: It's a business-related social networking site and hence sharing the survey URL on LinkedIn allows to distribute the survey / collect the responses from all the business-related people also.
   d) QR Code: QuestionPro QR codes store the URL for the survey. You can print/publish this code in magazines, on signs, business cards, or on just about any object/medium.
