How can I setup the Survey Invitation Email?
- The Invitation Email for the Survey can be setup under the Send Survey tab. Under the Send Survey Tab click on the Send Email Invitation button/link to access the Email Invite. Make sure you have selected the correct survey. The active survey name is displayed in the right corner.

- Click on the Edit Email Invitation link for the Email Invitation.

- Under Edit Email Invitaion you can setup the Text for the Email. You can either enter plain text or you can use HTML formatting for the Email Invitation.

- Here you can change/specify the From Email address, From Name and Subject for the Survey Emails.
- Including the Survey link is mandatory. You can include the desired Survey link from the Insert Survey Link drop menu. For more information please see the Survey URL help link below
- Please make sure to click on the Save button to save any changes you make. You can click no the Preview button to preview the invitation or you can exit without saving.
