Percentage calculation mode options
When analyzing multiple select type questions, by default the total is displayed as cumulative frequency.
The cumulative frequency defaults to total 100% as displayed below.

To see the total respondents who answered the question you can do so by going to:
- Login » Surveys » Reports » Reports » Real-Time Summary
Go to the particular question and click on the Settings Gear. On the popup, click on the Configure Reporting link.

This will open the Configure Reporting popup. Here you can set the percentage calculation mode under Customized Analytics / Computed Values.
Following options are available
- Default - Cumulative Frequency
- Respondent - Started
- Respondent - Completed

The frequency will display based on the option selected. When Respondent - Completed is selected you will see the number of total respondents who answered the question.
