Maximum number of questions

There are no limits to the number of questions in a survey for all paid licenses. For Free Basic Subscriptions, there is a 10 question limit per survey. What about answer choices?
The maximum number of options (choices) for a question is 200. If you need more than that, please contact technical support.
What about the length of open-ended text responses?
