To Upgrade the Account:
My Credit card is not being accepted.
How can I change the Credit Card on file for my account?
Under My Account click on the *Change* Link for Billing Credit Card and enter the Correct Details in the Popup. Screenshot

Note: Only Valid/Authentic Credit Card details will be updated. When updating the Card please re-enter all the details. How can I get an Invoice? Every time your credit card is charged, you should receive a Billing Confirmation email at the account email address. To know more click on the Invoices/Receipts link below. Additional References
