How can I submit a feedback app?
You can submit your professionally created surveys as feedback apps.
When users preview a feedback app, this will add views and responses to your survey. Please do not submit a feedback app (Survey) that you want to use for your internal research.
Where can I view my submitted apps?
How is the price decided? Will I be paid for each installation?
Price needs to be decided by you. SurveyConsole tracks the number of installations and will make a collective payment at the end of each month. SurveyConsole will retain certain % of the price as processing charges. How will I be paid?
Payment will be made at the end of each month based on the number of installations for all your apps. Payment will be sent via PayPal or via Check. Is there any fee for submitting apps?
No. There is no fee or any kind of cost associated with submitting apps. What are replacement variables? How to include them in a feedback app?
Replacement variables are variables that can be customized very easily after installing a feedback app. For example, for a website satisfaction feedback app, you can include the website_name as a replacement variable. Users can easily replace their website_name at all places in the feedback app. You can include replacement variables within curly braces. For example: {website_name} Can I edit / make changes to an app that has been already submitted and approved?
Yes. You can edit your survey and re-submit the edited survey as an app. The app will need to be approved again before it can be made available on the app store. How can I delete / remove a submitted app?
To remove an app, click on the Delete option for the App. This will remove the app from the app store. |
