What kinds of tools are available for "Engaging" my users?
We've realized that one of the challenges for a successful IdeaScale implementation is the ability to engage the users in a way that motivates users to check in periodically. There are a few tools and strategies available to accomplish this:

Apart from these we also have the following tools/strategies:
Idea/Topic posters automatically get notified via. email when someone comments on the Idea or when the status of an idea changes (by the moderator)
Commenters have the option of enabling Topic-Level email notification so other comments are emailed back to the commenters
Users voting on topics also have the option of subscribing to the topic via email (inline) as they are voting.
