Automatically Closing the Browser Window ?

Can I set the brower window to close automatically after the respondent submits the survey?

Yes. To enable this option go to:

  • Login »  My Surveys »  (Select Survey) »  Survey Control »  Finish Options
  • Click on the URL Redirection / Spotlight Report link.
  • Select the Close Browser Window option.
  • Insert appropriate text for the link.
  • Click on the Save Changes button.

Once respondents click on the Continue/Submit button on the last page of the Survey they will see the Thank You page with the Close Window link.
