To cancel your account please go to "My Account" and click on the "Cancel Account" link.

On the next screen you will be asked for confirmation.

Upon successful cancelation A message will be displayed along with the Confirmation Code. Please note down this Confirmation Code as this is required for any disputes regarding Cancellation.

Important things to remember:
- Once you cancel the account, All the Surveys and the Data will get deleted automatically. If you want you can download the data to Excel before canceling the account.
- Please take print-outs of the invoices for your account before deleting the account. We cannot provide you with the Invoices once the account is canceled.
When I log in I get a message that the Account is Blocked/De-Activated. How can I cancel?
When you log in and receive a message regarding the Account being blocked you should see the Cancellation link on the Left hand side. You can cancel your account by clicking on this link.

"I forgot my password" how do I cancel my Account?
To request your login information please click on the "forgot login" link on the login page.

Enter your email address and the Login information will be sent to your email account.

You can then log in to your account and Cancel the account.
I cannot get access to my account even with the username password...
Please Fax a signed letter to cancel the Account to: 1-206-260-3243
Please include the following information in the Fax: Username, First name, Last Name and last 4 digits of credit card.
