Cancel Account / Registration - How To?

How to cancel my account?

To cancel your account go to:

  • Login »  Surveys »  My Account (Top Right Corner)

On the next screen you will be asked for confirmation.

Upon successful cancellation a message will be displayed along with the Confirmation Code. Please note down this Confirmation Code as this is required for any disputes regarding Cancellation.

Please note: SurveyConsole staff cannot and will not cancel the account for you due to legal and security issues.

Important things to remember:

  • All Surveys and Data will get deleted automatically.
  • Please download all data before canceling the account.
  • Please download your invoices before canceling your account.

When I log in I get a message that the Account is Blocked/De-Activated. How can I cancel?

When you log in and receive a message regarding the Account being blocked you should see the Cancellation link on the Left hand side. You can cancel your account by clicking on this link.
